How does your pricing work?

We work on a commission-based model. Our standard fee ranges between 15%–25% of the booking revenue, depending on the services you choose. There are no hidden charges or setup fees—our success is tied to your success.

How do I get paid?

You get paid directly by Airbnb or the platform your property is listed on. Our fee is deducted after each booking through automated accounting, and we provide monthly revenue breakdowns for your records.

Who handles guest communication?

We do. Luxe Rentals provides 24/7 guest communication, from inquiry to checkout. We respond promptly to questions, send check-in instructions, resolve issues during stays, and follow up for reviews.

Do I still need to be involved in the hosting process?

Only if you want to. Most of our clients are hands-off. We manage the property entirely, but we also keep you in the loop with key updates and performance reports. If you prefer to stay involved in certain aspects, we can customize your service.

Can I use Luxe Rentals if I’ve never hosted before?

Absolutely. In fact, many of our clients are first-time hosts. We help with everything from initial setup to getting your first booking. We’ll create your listing, set pricing, and get your property guest-ready.

What platforms do you manage properties on?

We manage listings on Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, and others. We also offer multi-platform syncing using professional Property Management Software (PMS), ensuring no double bookings or calendar conflicts.

Do you help with cleaning and restocking?

Yes. We coordinate professional cleaning teams between each stay and can manage inventory restocking (toiletries, linens, etc.) to ensure your property is always guest-ready.

What if something gets damaged during a stay?

We handle all dispute resolution and damage claims through Airbnb or other platforms. We also help you document and file the necessary claims under the platform’s Host Protection or Host Guarantee program.

Can you help increase my occupancy and income?

Yes. Our data-driven pricing strategy and optimized listings help maximize your revenue. We analyze market trends, competitor rates, and seasonal demand to keep your property fully booked at the right price.

Do you offer services for luxury properties?

Can I still access my Airbnb account?

Yes. You’ll have full transparency and access to your hosting platform accounts. We operate as a co-host and keep you in the loop at all times.

What if I already have a listing?

No problem. We can optimize your existing listing—improve your photos, rewrite descriptions, adjust pricing, and help you start getting better results fast.
